With a lifelong interest in health and performance, and his own history of asthma, he brings both business acumen and personal motivation to Alveos’ mission of making breathing awareness part of everyday wellbeing.

Lisa bridges neuroscience and AI to understand how the brain and body communicate. With a PhD in Machine Learning and extensive work in EEG-based neurotechnology, she leads the development of Alveos’ adaptive algorithms that decode breathing patterns and translate them into personalized insights.

From scaling a wellness service to millions in revenue to producing award-winning creative work, Oliver brings operational and storytelling expertise to the team. Having overcome adult-onset asthma through breathwork, he’s passionate about making that same transformation accessible to others.
